So don’t think you are safe when it has lapsed because they won’t prorate the fee when they auto-charge your card for forgetting to cancel in time but if you are in the wrong then they have no problem with prorating their fees too!
I had 2 hosting accounts with Flywheel. I wanted to combine them because one account was expiring and it didn’t make sense to have 2 hosts. I asked them to merge the accounts, but they said they wouldn’t do it unless I paid for the other account that no longer had any websites on it so they could migrate all of my websites over. After asking many times, I finally decided to just pay for the second host in order for them to migrate everything over so we could combine both hosting accounts into 1 account.
